I looked at several locations before choosing IQ office suites. I was sold by two sets of factors: the classy, quiet, beautifully decorated spaces and the professionalism and dedication of the staff. During my 18 months here, the staff have consistently been focused on delivering the best customer service possible.In addition to always having a friendly smile on their faces as they do their work, the staff are focused on continuous improvements. For example, we were having a lot of trouble with the printer, and the management made the decision to invest in a more expensive machine, to keep the member experience positive. The weekly happy hour is a great touch, providing a little break during a busy week and a chance to get to know the staff and other members (the granola bar is a big hit for me, as is the fresh fruit that's always available).It's not just the big things however. There is almost always something new that has been changed to enhance my experience as a member, from the addition of a paper towel dispenser near the 3rd floor sink to a welcome adjustment in the size of the jar holding coffee stir sticks, all focused on making things more convenient. I also appreciate the sentimental gestures, like the personalized note that accompanies the cup of Easter chocolates, with a kind remark from the staff. Most places either don't even bother, or they drop off something impersonal.This consistent attention to care and detail is just one indicator of how well-trained the staff are, and how they go above and beyond the dictates of the role to make members feel valued.More importantly, the staff are tireless in their efforts to solve the occasional problems that do come up, whether it's problems with the printer or the wifi. Just tonight, for example, the internet went down around 6:30 or so. As I started to panic, the Operations Manager (Leya) appeared out of nowhere, like a Guardian Angel of IT, and said "Don't worry - I'm on it!".She stuck around to make sure the problem was resolved and didn't leave until 7:30. Now THAT is customer service! And, she did it with poise and graciousness, and a smile, as she always does.Bravo Leya! Always going above and beyond.And bravo IQ Office Suites.

Rarely does one get an opportunity to work right smack in the middle of downtown Toronto, in a lovely historic building with lots of character (i.e. not your average office tower). The team that manages the offices are super accommodating, and our office itself is a beautiful space with high ceilings, brick walls and even a view of Cloud Gardens where you can sometimes see people doing parkour. (?!)The only downside I can think of is that it's right above/below two restaurants, the smells from which can sometimes infiltrate the office. This is either a positive or negative, depending on your tastes. It doesn't bother me.Our time here is temporary, but the Dineen building will probably always be at the top of my list for favourite places to work. Highly recommended.

My colleagues and I have been working out of a private office in IQ Office Suites since March of this year. We absolutely love the work environment and the amenities. Though there are many other businesses operating on the same floor, noise levels are always at a minimum. Common/shared spaces are always kept clean (bathrooms, kitchenettes, etc.). The basement lounge is a great spot to meet with clients, have lunch or simply get a change of scenery – sometimes I take my laptop down there to work, as there are charging stations and wifi available. The location of the office is also great – right on the subway line, a block from the eaton centre, and above both the Dineen Coffee Company and Little Fin. Not to mention the hundreds of lunch options, being right downtown. My favourite aspect of IQ has got to be the fact that it's in the Dineen building. Such a beautiful structure with so much history!

Leaving an established firm to build a new consulting practice (design) can be daunting but iQ has allowed the transition to be smooth as it can be.
