How does the Virtual Plan work? What does it offer?
Our Virtual Office solution can be entirely customized to suit your individual needs! The standard plan starts at $59/month and includes basic services. You may also select from a list of add-ons to craft the perfect package for your team.
Basic plan includes: mail handling, one professional business address, high resolution images of the building exterior for your website, a discount on meeting rooms, mail receiving for up to two recipients, access to professional admin support, same-day mail notification, access to Member benefits, recycling and shredding services.

How should correspondence be addressed? Should I inform a suite number?
All mail and packages should be addressed to the location you signed up for on your Virtual Office Membership Agreement. For example, if you are a Virtual Member at 150 King Street West, then your mail should be addressed to 150 King Street West, Toronto, ON, M5H 1J9, Canada. If you wish, you may acquire a Unique Suite Number as an add-on to your plan, but it is not necessary in order to receive your mail. Does the basic Virtual Office plan offer Mail Forwarding services?
The Mail Forwarding service is an add-on that may be purchased separately and included to your existing plan at anytime. You may manage your Virtual Office plan, add and remove services, here:
Is there a limit to how many correspondences I am allowed to receive?
Although there is no limit on the number of correspondences you may receive each month, we do have a size requirement of less than 1lb. Packages that exceed the weight limit will be returned to sender automatically and the receiver will be notified by the location staff. Read more on our Virtual Office Policy here:
Can I add more than one professional address to my plan?
Yes, you may add additional iQ addresses, as well as company names and/or recipients as an add-on feature. Check out all our add-ons and their prices here:
Does the basic Virtual Office plan offer occasional access to Meeting Rooms?
Yes, meeting room packages are available as add-ons.
How much do you charge for a Virtual Office Membership?

There is also a one-time $59 setup fee, that will be charged on your first invoice after signing up for a Virtual Office Membership.
