It’s on the fifth floor of our building, but not accessible from our elevator. The actual address is 10 Temperance Street, and the entrance is down the alley.
There’s no on-site parking. The closest lots are the parking garage one block west at Adelaide and Bay and two garages with entrances at 21 Adelaide Street West. There is also paid street parking.
There are many restaurants close by: Sud Forno is at 132 Yonge Street, Planta Burger and Planta Cocinaare right next door, Tractor Health Foods is across the street on Yonge; the Eaton Centre is a three-minute walk north with many options.
There’s no bike storage in the building, but there are many places to lock your bike up on the street.
Enter through the Bay-Adelaide Centre located across Temperance Street.
There’s no on-site parking. The closest lot is an Impark paid lot at the corner of Richmond and Simcoe Streets, with another paid lot at the intersection of Queen Street West and York Street. There is also paid street parking.
Walk east on Richmond, where the Assembly Chef’s Hall has a variety of options; Café Landwer, Pizza Libretto and Green Box are both located south on University Avenue; walk west on Queen Street for many other options, including Mi Taco, Mucho Burrito, Chipotle, and Subway.
Yes, on the basement level. Access to bike storage can be added to building access cards upon request.
Osgoode Station is right outside the building entrance doors from the street level, only about 30 steps away
There are monthly parking options for members in the building. Daily/hourly is not an option; Members are charged a monthly fee of $350 for unreserved parking, and $400 for reserved parking. There are also many paid parking lots in the neighbourhood, and of course, paid street parking.

Another option for monthly passes is using Impark and searching for lots near 150 King St W.
There are lots of restaurants in the area. The PATH is in the basement of our building and has many fast-food spots; Pizza Libretto is next door, just north of us; Greenbox is two blocks north on University Avenue, with numerous healthy options. Café Landwer, another great option with vegetarian options is just a block north of the building.Earls is just below us at King St W and York St.
Yes, in the basement of our building. It’s coordinated through the building’s “Wellness at Work” program and costs $150 per year. If members are interested, we can connect them with the appropriate contact.
St. Andrew Station, accessible through the building in the PATH, one level down from street level.
The building features a fitness studio located in P1 via parking elevators. The gym is open from 6:00 am – 8:00 pm and includes a 2500 sq ft yoga flex studio, steam rooms, and exercise equipment. The fee for this service is $200 per year.
Wilbur Mexicana and The Keg Steakhouse and Bar are across King Street West; Pizza Libretto is connected to our building and can be accessed through the alley; Gusto 101 is on Portland Street just north of us.
Being on King West has its perks. The street is booming with options for an after-work cocktail. Here are a few of our Members’ favourites: Belfast Love, Locals Only, WVRST, and Regulars.
We offer indoor and outdoor bike storage for no additional fee. The outdoor storage rack is in the alley directly outside our reception area; the indoor storage is in an open area behind the reception desk, mounted on the wall and can take up to five bikes at a time. Members will need their building fob to access the facility.
St. Andrew Station, east on King Street West. The 504 King streetcar stops directly outside our building and will take you straight there
Closest parking is within the Sunlife building. There is also the Dominion Square parking lot which takes you under Dorchester Park. Dominion Square is exactly a minute's walk from the exit of the Sunlife building.
