Referral Program

For every referral you introduce to iQ Offices (“New Member”), you are eligible to receive up to a $1,500 bonus (the “Referral Fee”) for a minimum term of 3 months. Current or past Members can choose to receive their Referral Fee as a cash payment, a discount on their next monthly invoice, or meeting room coins. Rewards may vary depending on the New Member’s requirements.

Please note: Dedicated Desks, Virtual Offices and New Members represented by a Broker are excluded from this offer. 

Referral Fee

For teams between 3-5 Members: $500 for both referring Member and New Member 

For teams between 6-10 Members: $750 for both referring Member and New Member 

For teams between 11- 20 Members: $1,000 for both referring Member and New Member 

For teams equal to or greater than 20 Members: $1,500 for both referring Members and New Members.

The Referral Fee is paid upon:

• Receipt by iQ Offices of an executed iQ Membership Agreement from the New Member (the “Membership Agreement”); 
• The Member having paid its First Month’s License Fee plus applicable taxes and Security Deposit; and 
• The Member occupying the licensed workspace;
