impossible to predict exactly what we can expect to see as the new norm in the working world, some clear indicators are coming to light.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As reported by <a href=\"https:\/\/buffer.com\/state-of-remote-work\/2022\">Buffer\u2019s 2022 State of Remote Work Report<\/a>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>97% of people indicated they would like to work remotely, at least part of the time, for the rest of their careers\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>61% of people described their remote working experience as very positive with a cumulative 10% indicating it was either neutral (9%), somewhat negative (1%), or negative (0%)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>And, for those who wish to continue working remotely in some capacity for the foreseeable future, the benefits they cite include:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Flexibility in how they spend their time, where they choose to live, and where they work<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>More free time on account of a reduced commute\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The ability to better focus on their work\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Remote work has, in many cases, been conducive to higher morale and better work-life balance.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And it\u2019s not just professional satisfaction that\u2019s stayed high&#8211;by and large, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/opinion\/articles\/2022-06-02\/are-workers-more-productive-at-home\">productivity remained steady<\/a> among remote workers and, in many cases, even increased.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But while the majority of people want to maintain some level of remote work, nearly <a href=\"https:\/\/www.benefitscanada.com\/human-resources\/hr-other\/survey-says-20-of-employees-want-to-return-to-office-daily-after-coronavirus-crisis\/#:~:text=Almost%2060%20per%20cent%20of,saving%20money%20and%20increased%20productivity.\">60% of people also want to return to the office on a part-time basis<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is likely because, despite the overwhelmingly positive reception to remote and hybrid work, it\u2019s not without its challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Studies have found that many remote workers <a href=\"https:\/\/hrnews.co.uk\/survey-reveals-81-of-younger-workers-fear-loneliness-from-long-term-home-working\/\">felt disproportionately isolated from others<\/a> and believed working from home was negatively impacting their ability to build relationships and sustain social connections-both at work and outside of it.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So, with hybrid work poised to become even more common and
