I love this office space! It's full of plants, has a massage chair and a green wall that I can't get enough of. It also has the friendliest and most attentive staff. Perfect if you want a quiet place to put your head down and work... and if you're lucky you might get to hang with a pup or two :)

I was recently in need of a short term office lease in Vancouver. I secured a spot at the 550 Robson location, Overall I’m impressed with thie facility. The location is clean and comfortable and everything is brand spanking new. The IQ staff are friendly and where able to set me up in an office with a great view. IQ has COVID-19 protocols in place that are on point, dividers at all the desks, temperate checks on arrival and distancing measures. The absolute best part was being allowed to bring my pup in with to work. Its a great environment for this because she can sit with me stare at people and and passing cars while I work!!A great facility 5/5 stars!
IQ on Robson is one of the best co-working spaces available in Vancouver. The units are beautiful, spacious and bright.The staff running IQ are absolute delights. Amanda, Seanei, and Connor are not just great supports for the space, but genuinely make the office come to life. The staff are big part of the experience.I can’t recommend IQ more to anyone looking to set up in a co-working environment.

Although I have the flexibility to work remotely, you will often find me at our beautiful boutique iQ Office space for quite a few reasons: (1) STAFF - attentive, friendly, and welcoming. (2) LOCATION - close proximity to my home, a variety of restaurants, shopping areas, etc. (3) PRODUCTIVITY - the professional environment adds more "fuel to the fire," making me far more efficient. (4) FLEXIBILITY - there are multiple working areas within the space and I can even bring my best friend, "Grizz" (see picture) into the office. (5) AMBIENCE - modern vibe (with a living wall), great layout, patio area (yes, BBQ's) with a view of the City, elaborative coffee area with snacks, etc.. Hands down, this is the best office experience!
Great vibe. Very natural feel to common spaces and solid offices with whatever your business could need included. Extremely accommodating staff and lots of amenities to help you get the most of our your work day. Happy Hour Thursdays are a nice touch as well! :)
