The iQ Offices at 150 King are fantastically well-run. It’s a pleasure to move into offices where the iQ staff have thought through, and implemented, the various COVID procedures. From the virtual tour, to the in-person tour, to moving in, Daragh and the iQ team have been incredibly helpful and responsive in making everything as smooth as possible. While these are challenging times, iQ has definitely adapted, and the 150 King offices provide an ideal environment for getting work done.

Such a great location for both commuters and drivers. Right on the subway line and parking right below the building. Amazing amenities which have made the new world of conference calling a breeze. The COVID procedures which have been put in place have made our team feel safe returning to work. The team here is awesome and so accommodating. We're only a couple weeks in but the team already feels like family. We can always count on Daragh to take care of our business needs! Highly recommend this location. Our team is going to have a hard time returning to our office once our renovations are complete!

We chose iQ offices because we were not happy at our previous location, and we needed to move in the middle of a pandemic. The administrative staff at iQ Offices at 150 King were kind enough to give us a virtual tour, and all the information by email. When we came to the office in person, the staff provided face masks and hand sanitizer always putting our safety first.The office spaces are amazing, and the common spaces are comfortable and deluxe but not exaggerated. The patio is great to have lunch on summer days and appreciate the nice weather.So far, it’s been great, it is near the subway station, so it makes it easy for my clients to find. The administrative staff is friendly, and they actually know who you are. They are always around to help in case you have any trouble.

I have been with iQ Offices since August of 2018 @ the 150 King Street offices.The space is a work of art. I was there when the construction was still happening so I saw the whole thing come together and it's truly a beautiful place to work. The easy access to the PATH is also a huge perk.They have 2 floors with plenty of kitchens/pantries, stocked water/coffee stations, and many nooks (with plugs) where you can work and take calls in if you want a change of scenery. All the furniture is modern and well suited for the environment.The WIFI/Internet has never had a single problem, and is always very fast.The team is truly a pleasure to work with. Any issues, concerns and questions are addressed in a quick, professional and friendly manner. They really go above and beyond (even for the requests that are out of the ordinary).I would highly recommend iQ for anyone who wants to work in a modern, professional and fun work space.
